I accept Pay Pal, MC, Visa & Discover for payments. (You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to use Pay Pal). Payment MUST be received within 48 hours of purchase. Any transaction will be canceled if payment and or communication is not made within 48 hours. E-Check transactions through Pay Pal are welcome, however the purchase will not be shipped till Pay Pal notifies me that the check has cleared. All personal checks must clear the bank before item will be mailed out-No EXCEPTIONS. This will obviously delay the shipping of your purchase. Please keep this in mind with time sensitive purchases.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

Great care is taken when packaging our pottery for shipment, but in the rare case that your pottery is damaged in shipment, please contact me immediately. I will need photos of the damaged pottery and packaging. Retain the damaged item(s) and packaging while a claim is processed through our carrier. It may be necessary to present both the item(s) and packaging at your local post office as evidence of the claim.
If you are unhappy with your pottery and wish to exchange or return it, you as the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
I will work with you on a replacement, shop credit, or refund.
CUSTOM or PERSONALIZED ORDERS are non-refundable for credit.

Shipping policies

I will always ship to the ETSY address, unless you tell me otherwise. I ship via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is not a guaranteed shipping time (2-3 days), but I find it to be extremely reliable. I do my best to get your pottery packaged and in the mail as quickly as possible after receiving your order! All Ready to Ship items will be sent USPS within 48 hours including items other than pottery.
I will promptly refund shipping overage.
You will receive an email with Tracking info via USPS. I will combine shipping if multiple items are purchased and SHIPPED TO THE SAME ADDRESS AT THE SAME TIME.
In order to keep my shipping costs down for you, I do reuse boxes and shipping materials whenever I can. This is also good for our environment!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ; I am not responsible for any additional charges that may incur for international packages. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
