Wrapped bear claw necklace. The bear claw has been carved in black horn and wrapped with white bronze and sterling silver bands. Ancient runic inscriptions decorate the bands wrapping the claw. The claw measures 2" about the curve (5cm) and is carefully polished. The metal wrapping has a hand-burnishedoxidized finishing, and hammered half polishing surface.

Our Jewelry is made with man-made opal gemstones. It has the same molecular structure as a natural Opal. The main difference between man-made and natural opal is that, in our gemstones the naturally occurring process has been sped up in machine artificial conditions. Our synthetic opal is a beautiful opal with a perfect color and brightness.

All jewelry, except solid gold items, can and will most likely tarnish at some point. To prevent this from happening, or to slow it down, it is best to keep jewelry dry and away from lotions, perfumes, and any other weird chemicals. This is especially the case with brass jewelry. Some jewelry will also react with water that has chemicals in it, like pools or hot tubs. You can clean most jewelry with a jewelry polishing cloth (Never use it on gold plated jewelry). You can also use a cleaning solution safe for your jewelry's material (except jewelry with gemstones. It could hurt the stone.) Also be careful with any rings that have gemstones in it when using a cloth. Try to avoid stones.

Love the hugger. It's very small and strong. Getting it back into position is a bit difficult but Needle nose pliers help.

Item broke after a bit of wear. I think my ear was a bit too small for it and that probably had a hand in it breaking BUT customer service is excellent and did everything in their power to right the situation. Definitely ordering more from this company, they're lovely.
