Every item is made individually, therefor all sales are final. All wooden signs are final sale and no exchanges due to the customization of the product. All of my items are sent in the perfect condition and very well packed.

the cancellation request accepted ONLY within 24h after order was placed, due the supplies are ordered within 2 days for the order. If I was asked to rush the order, there will not be cancellation request accepted.

Although I am not editing pictures except cropping, color also may look different depending on your monitor settings and lighting.
