What should I do if my order displays as "Shipped," but the tracking information continues to show "Label Created" several days later?

All of our packages are picked up daily Monday- Friday. We have been seeing that the Postal Service is not scanning labels until the parcels are arriving to the destination hub. Shipping can take up to 7 days, depending on your location. Please monitor your tracking number regularly, and contact us if there is no activity within seven days.

Description: Cosmetic-grade inorganic pigments (iron oxide red, yellow & black) dispersed in octyldodecyl oleate. 45-50% pure dye content. Very fine dispersion (free of aggregates > 5 microns). Viscous liquid, odorless. Water-insoluble, oil-dispersible.
