DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MAILING ADDRESS.
I ship to the address given on your invoice & shipping labels are printed directly from your order. Review you shipping address before placing your order & make sure it is correct! Buyers are responsible for return postage if an item is "undeliverable as addressed" & re-routed back to me. If the post office is tasked with returning an undeliverable package it can sometimes take up to 3 MONTHS for return depending on it's location. I will contact the buyer if/when the item is received back. The Beee Hive is NOT responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses.

PROCESSING TIME:
All items on my shop have a 3-10 business day processing time. You order's "expected ship date" can be found on your invoice. You order will ship on or before that specified date. Please allow the full 10 BUSINESS DAYS for shipment. The full processing time must be expected for all orders as a precautionary measure. 

SHIPPING UPGRADES:
Any shipping upgrade purchased applies to the USPS' estimated delivery times only, NOT my processing time for creation of an item! If an order is an absolute "rush" item, please contact me BEFORE making your purchase. Processing days remain the same despite the S&H upgrades selected unless discussed before hand. Processing times are the days allotted for creation time BEFORE an item is shipped. Both processing days AND delivery estimates need to be taken into account when calculating an arrival timeframe. EXAMPLE: 10 business days processing time + 5 business days S&H time = your latest ESTIMATED arrival possible for a US standard shipping order. This is a one woman operation so your patience is very much appreciated, please keep that in mind.

INSURANCE:
US & INT'L standard shipping is without insurance. Please select the "insured postage" option during the checkout process if so desired. Please keep in mind that The Beee Hive is not responsible for lost/damaged orders via the post. Consider the extra couple dollars an affordable back up plan if the worst should happen. This is HIGHLY recommended for International orders!
TO ADD INSURANCE: Select the “insured postage” option from the drop down menu during the checkout process. An additional $1 for US orders & $2 for International insures your entire order, up to $500.

LOST/DAMAGED ORDERS:
If you choose not to purchase the insured postage option, please be aware that The Beee Hive is not responsible for Lost or damaged packages within the USPS system. This meaning that after an order is processed, securely packaged, & picked up by the USPS I am no longer in control as a shop owner. Postage is paid to the USPS for them to deliver on their shipping estimates & also take care of a package. If a package should go missing, it must remain lost in the system & undelivered for a maximum of 21 business days for US orders, & 45 business days for international orders before it is officially considered "LOST". After those dates pass it is then recommended for the buyer to contact the post that the item was last scanned at (USPS for US orders, INT'l postal services will vary depending on each country) & file for a tracer & investigation. You will need to provide the post with your tracking number (found on your order invoice) for assistance.

PRIORITY (1-3 Days): $9.00 | Tracked // Insured

PRIORITY ORDERS:
IF you purchase priority shipping, & the USPS does not follow through on the 1-3 DAYS, you need to make a formal complaint with the USPS. I am not the postal service! Once an item is created, packaged, & dropped off at the post office I am not longer in control. The Beee Hive is in no way at fault for shipping issues after the package is scanned into the USPS system & leaves my hands.

CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT:
The Beee Hive is NOT responsible for Duties/VAT/ImportantTaxes applied to International orders collected upon delivery, known as "customs fees". Please review your country's regulations & polices to have some knowledge of what your package might possibly cost to receive. Custom Fees are unpredictable & added at random; there is no way to foresee these added costs. If you package is randomly selected for customs inspection it can add additional wait time to your delivery estimate up to 8 WEEKS depending on each country's terms. I cannot make your package as a gift with no value. I must list the packages true value on the declaration as it is illegal for me to do otherwise as a business.

REFUSED PACKAGES:
If you order accumulates customs fees & you refuse to accept the item upon delivery, the package will then be returned to sender. IF/WHEN a package is returned back to me It will be opened & inspected for damage. If you choose to have you order resent, return postage will be required. If you decide you do not want the package at all the original purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded minus any shipping charges originally paid & also minus a 25% RESTOCKING FEE for refused packages. If the order is lost while in route for return, The Beee Hive is not responsible. Refusing a package is the buyers decision & risk.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:
International orders come with delivery confirmation, which means the tracking number that is provided when your shipping label is printed will update "delivered" once your package makes it to it's intended destination. A majority of the time tracking numbers will only update with information until the package leaves the US & will have one final update once delivered. Orders to Canada & the UK will sometimes show more detailed tracking, but that can not be guaranteed. These tracking numbers are selective of how much they will updated/track, varying from country to country.

JEWELRY CARE

☼ Do not expose your jewelry to water! it may cause the adhesive to weaken &/or components to prematurely change colors.

☼ Do not wear your jewelry to bed, or in the shower.

☼ All costume and fashion jewelry will change color over time. Proper care will delay & extend the life of your jewelry.

☼ Keep away from perfumes and body lotions, especially sunscreen. Put on jewelry after any make up application.

☼ Store in a dry place & clean with a polishing cloth.

☼ Store away from sunlight, dampness, & open air.

☼ All jewelry should be treated in a gentle & delicate way, as ruff use will result in breakage/damage of your item. Remove jewelry when preforming tasks, & DO NOT wear such items during contact sports.

☼ If damage should occur from negative treatment of you jewelry, The Beee Hive is not responsible for replacement.

❤ I am always open to custom orders! I will try to the best of my ability to create what you have in mind. You can either send me a standard message here on Etsy, or click the "Custom Order" request button {located on the left hand side of my shop} to start the process. Prices will differ for each request & how intricate the process may be.

❤ PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE A COMMISSION IS STARTED.
Once you pay for your custom order the payment is non-refundable & cannot be cancelled. This is due to the fact that supplies may need to be ordered specifically for you piece & I will be using your payment to purchase said supplies.
