1) Branch length (maximum 59 inches (150 cm),maximum for birch 55.1 inches (140 cm))
2) The length of the hanging system (vertical distance between the ceiling and the branch).
For example: If you have 8 ft ceiling (2.43 meters) the perfect length for hanging system is 32.7 inches (83 cm).

A new space to hang and display your favorite frocks, jackets, blouses, shirts and accessories. First. we found this amazingly shaped branch lying in our country home. We took it all the way back to our apartment in Tallinn. Then, we hung it between two metal chains that I attached to the ceiling with hooks and... Voila! A new storage solution!

Clothes racks are available in different colors: White, hazelnut, birch or as any color you would like.
Please notice, that all the branches are from the nature and the colour may vary. For example, birch branches may have light orange tone.
To keep the branches as natural as possible, then there are no protective coats used, execept the white or black branch.
The hanging system is also choosable: rope, white rope, black rope, chains

The clothing rack attaches to ceiling using two hooks, which are screwed into plastic dowels. Plastic dowels are placed into pre-drilled holes. The hooks and dowels are included with the rack.

Returns and exchange details
All the items that we offer on our shop have been described as accurately as possible -with all dimensions, colors and used materials- and we really try our best to take great pictures so you know exactly what you are buying before you receive it.

► RETURNS

Every pieces are made by order with a lot of care and attention especially for you, so please keep in mind that we cannot make a refund or exchange for special custom ordered items such as custom size, custom length, custom color and design.
Regular orders can be returned, if the return shipping cost is covered by client and the returned item arrives in good conditions back to us.

► LOST PACKAGES

If an item gets lost and doesn't arrive to destination, despite correct mailing address, we will send a new item as soon as we get confirmation from the shipping company that the package is lost. This process can take up to 2 months from the time the lost package inquiery was sent.

► DAMAGED ITEMS

The quality of our product is really important to us, so when recieving the package, please inspect the box carefully. If there are any holes/dents then please make some pictures. Also, if there are any defects on the chandelier, which have happened during shipping, then please make some pictures and inform the shipping comapany and us about the broken package in 3 days time.
For example, Damage Report (PS 2856) has to be filed, when package was delivered by USPS.
We don't provide full refund for items damaged in transit but we offer replacement free of charge. Please note that any request made later than 3 days & without a proof won’t be considered as a eligible request. Once you provide a proof that the item is damaged and the shipping company has been notified, we’ll offer you a replacement of the product you purchased and supply you a brand new item free of charge as soon as possible.

► UNCLAIMED PARCELS

Tracking all the shipped orders to see if they arrive to their owners safely is like hobby to us but doing this can be humanly impossible especially in busy seasons. Buyers are responsible to track & trace their orders and arrange a redelivery with their local post offices if necessary.

Once a package is stated unclaimed despite correct mailing address, the recipient has to contact the post office in order to arrange a redelivery or has to pick up the package from the local post office. Otherwise it will be returned to our studio. We'd love to arrange a reshipment for the returned parcels as soon as we receive them in our studio but only if the buyer agrees to cover the reshipment cost.
