Description

This small brown succulent planter was thrown on the potters wheel using chocolate brown clay.
It has a subtle spiral design along the upper rim.
It was glazed in our clear glaze letting the brown color of the clay show through.

This succulent planter does not have a drainage hole so be sure to water your plants lightly (succulents only need a few drops of water a week)

It is my truest hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and can enjoy the piece in use as much as I enjoyed making it.
However, if you are not happy with your purchase please let me know, and we can arrange a solution which may include the return of the item and the refund of the purchase price.

What if you change you're mind and want to return undamaged items?:
I hope you don't! But if you do decide that you no longer want your undamaged item you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. You, the buyer, will be responsible for return shipping costs, and remember that shipping costs are not refundable, only the cost of the item.
Once I receive the item undamaged and in the same state it was sent, I will refund you the purchase cost of the item.

What if your item arrives damaged?
Your item will never leave here damaged. Any damage that occurs is due to the shipping process. I handle and pack each item with the upmost care to ensure that damage in shipping occures rarely, if at all. In addition, I insure each item. This means that if damage occurs both of us will be covered and reimbursed.
If damage does occur, you will be given a full refund (including shipping) once you provide a picture of the damage and an affidavit describing it (these are required by the insurance company. I know affidavit is a scary word, but its really only a sentence or 2 letting us know what happened to the item)
After this, I would love to work with you to make a comparable item for you to enjoy (remember each piece is unique, so it will not be exactly the same as the first one your purchased). I understand how disappointing it can be to excitedly open a package only to discover your purchase is damaged, And I feel frustration too, knowing that a piece I worked hard on never made it to your hands to be used and loved.

If you fall into one of the 2 categories above, or believe that there are special circumstances that warrant a refund in your case, your first step is to contact me and then we will work toward a solution.

Shipping policies

It takes 1 to 3 business days for me to package and ship your item once you have ordered.
I normally ship through the USPS Priority Mail. They estimate 1 to 3 days for delivery.
If your order is large or unusually sized, I will look for the safest and least expensive way to get the product to you.

I always refund shipping overages when and if they occur.

I carefully pack each object to help ensure that it reaches you safely. But unfortunately damage can happen (though it is rare), as carriers do not treat items with as much care as I do. Due to this, I insure each item, so that if damage does occur both of us can be reimbursed.
