You may email us through "Etsy Messages". We will then review your request. If return is approved we will then email you via Etsy messages. Refunds cannot be processed without first messaging us & receiving approval from us to return said item via Etsy messages.
Most of our items are one of a kind so we cannot offer exchanges but we will be happy to give a refund if the item has its original tag attached to the item and is in its original packaging. No refund will be given for the original shipping and handling fee.

Returns after the 7 day period not to exceed 14 days are only eligible for store credit.
