Daily painting for January 13, 2015. 6x8, Oil on board.

We had this kabocha squash in the pantry for a while now. They can last a really long time and this one started to fade in color a little on the outside, creating a really beautiful, subtle color pattern that I had to paint. Painting the pattern going from light to dark was a nice challenge.

This painting is unframed. This original painting will look great in a simple dark frame, as in one of the images shows. There is a small loop on the back so you could hang the painting unframed as well. Artwork is signed and dated on the front.

This painting is part of the Will Paint for Food Project. This means that all the profit from the sale will be donated to help feed the hungry.

Returns & exchanges

I do my best to represent my paintings as accurately as possible in photographs. Usually photos don't really do the painting justice, and when you receive the art and see it for the first time, you'll love it even more. If for some reason you're not happy with the painting, ship it back to me withing 7 business days of receiving it, and I'll refund your money. You'll only be responsible for shipment both ways.

Shipping policies

All domestic orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and are insured. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail. If you require a different shipping method, please include a note with your order and I'll be happy to accommodate. Most orders are shipped withing 3 business days unless the painting is still wet. In that case, please allow for an additional 1-2 weeks of drying time before shipment.
