To ensure your piece stays sparkly for a long time, make sure to remove all jewelry before showering, swimming or any other contact with water which will tarnish the jewelry. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, sunscreens or any other chemicals. After wearing the piece, it is best to clean it with a dry cloth and store it in a cool, dry place such as your organza pouch.

Tarnish within 14 days is not normal or reflective of the quality of products we offer, please contact us and we will replace the item.

We will replace broken items within THREE MONTHS of purchase. Please send us a photo of where your item broke.

All standard orders with FREE shipping are sent via letter mail with NO TRACKING. Any orders within North America over $75 will receive upgraded tracking at no cost.

Edit: LOVE this shop. Amazing customer service 🙏🏼💕✨ the crystal on my necklace had fallen off & they reached out to me to send me a new one. SO beyond thankful because I absolutely love this beautiful necklace 😍 Thank you again ✨✨ Ugh - I wanted to love this sooo much. While it was super gorgeous, the crystal fell off when I wore it. Super depressing :(
