A fitness journal is all about YOU! It's an honest account of your daily life that will help you understand why you are reaching - or not reaching - your fitness goals. By accurately logging down a few key points on a daily basis, it becomes simple to dectect problem areas or successes at a glance. I have created this mini fitness journal that will fit perfectly into your daily planner or notebook. Included with your fitness journal is a vision sheet, goal setting sheet and a measurement tracking log.

Once purchased, you will receive this digital file that you can save to your computer and print out as many times as you would like. The file prints on standard size printing paper (2 journals per page) Once printed, all you will need to do is trim around the frame of the page. Next, tuck your fitness journal neatly into your Erin Condren keep it together folder or attach it directly to your planner using washi tape or a coil clip. Some may even choose to laminate it and use it as their fitness dashboard. The choice is yours!
