Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
A partial refund (minus shipping fees & 10% of items cost) will be given for any piece if it arrives and it isn't what you expected but we do ask that you pay return shipping and the piece must arrive to us in "like new" condition. If returned item arrives cracked or broken you will be responsible for any shipping insurance claims and item will not be refunded. All custom orders sales are final, depending on the situation we will work with you to make everyone happy. No refunds available on Unity Ceremonies once the colors have shipped.
Shipping policies
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of the completed payment (Unless otherwise noted). Shipping prices do vary based on shipping destination, contact us for a final price and you can choose USPS or UPS for delivery along with shipping speed and insurance. We will never ship a damaged or cracked piece so any damage cause by shipping is the responsibility of the delivery service and must be brought to their attention.
