Refunds and Exchanges
We sincerely hope all of our customers are happy with their purchases! In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied please contact me as soon as possible. I will then ask that you return your undamaged and unused case , in the same packaging, within ten days of receipt. I then will refund you or exchange it for another item of the same value.
If the item is damaged or faulty, you must let me know immediately and I will happily exchange it as soon as I receive your return. Please note, you must inform me of any breakage within 3 days of receipt to qualify for a replacement.

Please note - shipping costs for returns are to be paid by the customer. If we are charged any import duties by UK customs when the goods are returned, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
The only items I cannot accept for a refund or exchange are special orders that have been made specifically for you. Please note wholesale orders are also non refundable.

I will ship items international deliveries using airmail, which usually takes between 10 - 14 working days from the date of dispatch. UK deliveries will be shipped first class and should arrive within two to three days of dispatch.

If you need your phone case quickly, please get in touch - we can usually work something out! If you would like additional insurance or tracking, please contact me and I will send you a quote.  ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: In addition to standard airmail, which takes approx. 7-14 working days, the following services are available:
Airsure; if you would prefer Airsure delivery, which is available to most destinations, please add on this service at check out. Details of cost will be available at check out.. Please note: Your order will begin its journey with the Royal Mail, which is the UK's postal system. The Royal Mail will deliver to your country, at which point the parcel will have to clear customs, and will then be passed over to your country's local postal service.
Please note: Any customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Loss and Delay
Very occasionally, items are delayed or lost in the post. Please note, I cannot take responsibility for the postal services used; at busy times, items may take longer than advertised for your items arrive, so please allow extra time if possible. Regrettably delivery times cannot be guaranteed. This is something over which I have no control; with this in mind I ask that you please wait one month after dispatch to allow time for the item to arrive. Royal Mail state 30 days must pass before an item can be classified as lost in the UK, and 45 days to be classified as lost outside of the UK. You must allow this amount of time to pass before requesting a refund or replacement. Of those items that are delayed, it is extremely rare for them not to arrive at all. If you feel your shipment is late, please check with your local postal depot, neighbours and members of your household that may have taken delivery before contacting us for a refund or replacement.

FAQs

We use 100% cosmetic mineral oil, this will not cause any burns or damage to the skin if it comes into contact with your skin but we do recommend washing wish warm soapy water if this does happen and disposing of the case.
We do have a 10-14 day lead time before orders are shipped however most orders actually get shipped in 2-3 days. Our cases are handmade so it does take time to get them ready although we do have most models and sizes in stock this gives us time to carefully handcraft your case. Please message us if you are concerned.
At the moment we are only able to make cases for iPhone models and Samsung, we do hope to bring more in the future but for now we are not able to make any other models.
