It is important to me that you are delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not, please contact me within 5 days of receipt and I will do my best to resolve any issues.

Should you change your mind about an item that you have received and wish to return it, please contact me within 5 days of receipt.

Once I have received the item back in its original (unused and unwashed) condition, I will issue you with a refund for the item via Paypal. Postage and packing costs are non-refundable, and any costs incurred returning an item are also your responsibility. It is advisable that you ensure the parcel is insured as I will only refund once it has reached me.

Please note: I do not give refunds for custom orders.

I am based in the United Kingdom, so please take this into account when placing your order.

Dispatch times: Items that are already made will usually be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Custom orders will of course take longer.

Once you have paid for your item you will receive an acknowledgement of purchase by email, together with information about dispatch.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to ensure that your correct address is listed with both Etsy and Paypal. I will not be held responsible if you fail to update your details and your order goes to an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to me as undeliverable to the recipient, all costs incurred in resending the order will be your responsibility.

UNITED KINGDOM
Items that are valued up to £20 will be sent by Royal Mail First Class, and I shall obtain a certificate of posting.

Items valued over £20 will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For First Class

OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM
I ship outside the UK. Items that are valued up to £20 will be sent by standard airmail service, and I shall obtain a certificate of posting. All items valued over £20 will be sent using a signed for and/or tracking service. Airmail parcels typically take up to10 days to arrive, although can take longer if held up in customs.

PARCEL TRACKING
The Royal Mail charges extra for this service. If you require tracking, please contact me beforehand so I can upgrade the postage charge.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
Please be aware that there may be additional import duties to pay in some countries outside Europe, which are not under my control. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to look into this before making your purchase, as you will be solely liable for any import tax/duties incurred.

Custom Orders: If you would like me to custom make an item for you or to personalise any of the items currently selling in my shop, please feel free to contact me. Similarly, please drop me a line if you are interested in purchasing an item in my shop that has sold out, as provided I am still able to obtain the fabric, I will be happy to make it for you. However, please note that as I shall be making this item purely at your request, I shall require you to pay for your custom order prior to my purchasing the necessary fabrics, trimmings etc. and before I start any work on your order. Also, please remember that I do not issue refunds for items that have been made especially for you.

Please note: As everything in my shop is hand-stitched and hand-embroidered, it means that each item is totally unique. Therefore please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos.
