These ladders make perfect display racks for old quilts and blankets or simply add that perfect eclectic touch to your home or garden. We ordered this for Mother’s Day and as soon as we pulled it out of the box we were very disappointed in the quality of the wood. It was extremely light and did not feel like quality wood. Our second issue was that every rung is so rough that if you were to put any blanket on it it would snag and definitely ruin the blanket. We have tried emailing the company through their site and through Etsy to resolve this issue and have heard nothing back in over two weeks. Now we are stuck with an unusable blanket ladder and can’t get our money back because we can’t get a reply.Do not purchase from this company!! We apologized for any issues they had with the item and allowed them to return the item for a full refund. We try and take every step possible to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase and it is a shame that this customer was not.

125angelad Feb 15, 20183 out of 5 starsI received my package on time but the box was quite damaged and taped on both sides due to a puncture in the box. I was concerned it would be damaged. Once we opened it we saw that 2 of the dowels were completely unattached and the other 3 were only attached on one side or the other. The actual piece is very nice we are just disappointed that we have to FIX something brand new. It is "fixable" and would be too much hassle to return and wait for a new one.
