Description

These dainty, shimmering shoe buckles were made in the Victorian Era, and in great condition. They are not signed or stamped "FRANCE," which indicates that they are likely English.
There is a bit of tarnish on a few beads of one of the buckles which is barely noticeable, and can be carefully cleaned off.

What a find for the collector or steampunk artist!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

We will issue refunds for items returned to us within 14 days of the buyer's receipt of purchases if the buyer is unhappy with the item FOR ANY REASON. The item must be returned insured for the purchase price ( if over $100.) Sinature required (if valued over $250) via USPS Priority or Priority Express mail. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sold, and any appraisals or other item documentation must be included in the package. If the item does not arrive to the seller in the condition in which it was sold (documented by seller's photographs, item descriptions, and any pertinent certificates,) or has been altered in any way, the item will not be refunded and a case will be opened with Etsy to resolve the issue.

Shipping policies

We will ship your purchase within two (2) days of payment via USPS Priority or Express Mail. Generally, we are able to ship on the day that we receive payment. We insure all items for their sales value.. If you must return an item, we require that it be returned under the same guidelines. This policy protects both the buyer and the seller if an item is lost or stolen in transit.

Additional policies

PLEASE NOTE: Most of our items are either vintage or antique, and may show a certain amount of wear due to their age. We try to divulge information pertaining to any obvious defects, especially those which may compromise the integrity of the pieces. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any concerns about a recent purchase from our shop!

APPRAISALS: Although I am a Gemological Institute of America certified Graduate Gemologist, I am legally unable to provide formal written appraisals on my own items due to the obvious conflict of interest. I do, however stand behind my grading and assessments of all of my items. Please refer to my return policy, as I do accept returns if a buyer is unhappy with their purchases for ANY REASON. If there is an independent appraisal on an item, it will always included in the sale and sent with the item.
