DAMAGED ITEMS
* If your prints arrived damaged please contact me for replacements. I will need to see proof (photos) of the damage.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
* If you are unsatisfied with your prints, I accept returns for exchanges. The returned prints have to be in the exact same condition as received. Packed well and in the protective clear sleeve I packed them in. They will not leave my studio damaged. If they appear to have been framed, they are torn or ripped, the ink is scratched or they are dirty, there will be no exchange and will be returned to buyer.
LOST ITEM
* For items lost in the mail, it is the buyers responsibility to contact me. I can claim them as lost after 4 weeks from the shipping date.
* 16x20 prints are a Final Sale.
