Pat Primo Summer Dress - Strapless Box Pleated Full Skirt - Cotton Twirl Dress

In deep Cobalt Blue and Multi- Colored Stripes-- an incredible design.
So spectacularly engineered with the pleats- such a joy to behold!
Construct:
Of a mid-weight Cotton fabric.
The Cobalt lattices and stripes are all woven- this is not a printed fabric.
Strapless- though there is one thing strap- possibly used as a neck halter.

The Bodice is boned on either side of the ribcage.
'A metal zipper runs up the back to secure.
A soft sash belt has 4 hook and eye to secure.
But the wow effect is all in the skirt!
Wide box pleats at the waist conceal wide swatches of cloth that are revealed as the skirt moves with movement.
It's gorgeous!

Measures:
A large size.
Note: My mannequin is a Standard Size 8.
This dress needed a clip to hold it around the bodice... so- it looks to be about a size 10 at least.

Front: Top of Bodice across from seam to seam: 20" when laid Flat.
Back: Top of along back from seam to seam: 18".
Back of bodice top to waist: 7"
Waist is 14" both front and back- so about 28" around waist.
Waist to hem length: 30" long.
The Skirt is quite full- yet still sleek at the hips..
Fully cut at 156" around the circumference.
Please check you measurements .

The Sash is soft measures: 30" (with room to expand)..
and about 6" wide.
Held by 4 hook and eyes.

No stains nor snags.
The one thin strap which could have been used as a halter strap- one is missing.
