This necklace came with all of the engraving askew... Not one side was properly done. Cheap looking. I am going to contact the company to hopefully have it reprinted. UPDATE: Customer Service got back to me right away and is sending a replacement. I will update this review upon receipt of that replacement. SECOND UPDATE: New necklace was sent quickly. It looks GREAT! They completely and quickly fixed the problem! The Customer Service was wonderful!
