This is my 2nd purchase from Joanna at FlyBirdsBox! Joanna is very knowledgeable, helpful, & quick to communicate! She built my entire website from scratch based on a very rough mockup I created and did a wonderful job! It is exactly what I had envisioned! I am not super knowledgeable in this field but she walked me through each step and communicated very clearly. After I started adding some products to my site I reached back out to her to make a few tweaks based on my needs and she was happy to do so! I am so happy with the result and would be happy to reach out to her if I need her services again. Thanks Joanna!

A colleague knew that I needed help with my blog, which had not been updated in ages. She also knows that I am completely intimidated by computers and tech- to the point of avoiding whenever possible. So having to deal with this was migraine-producing:>) Thankfully, she gave me Joanna's info. Working with her has been- I can't believe I am writing this- easy and a delight. She explained things in layman's terms- (great communication skills)- and gave me very clear step by step directions- with photos!- of the pieces I had to do, as well as excellent advice on style and presentation. And she did her parts quickly and well. She also really got me-- and what I am trying to do-the 'feel' of my blog. I can't praise her highly enough and will use her from now on for all my web needs.
