Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


International orders to North America take on average 10-14 days. However in some circumstances orders can be held in customs and can take around a month to arrive. We cannot be held responsible if items do not arrive in time for specific dates. Please allow a month and a half for orders to arrive as my post office considers parcels lost after 45 days. However this is rare and most orders will be received within 10 days.

International orders for the rest of the world can take anywhere up to two months so please allow this amount of time for arrival.

If your item still does not arrive after this period please contact us. We always retain proof of postage receipts for all my parcels. I need to be contacted before 2 months have passed.
All my listings have the choice of standard airmail or fast tracked services on checkout. These are a more reliable service and are recommended for people who need something asap, or have a high value order. I do prioritise the orders purchased this way as they are commonly needed for specific dates. If you decide you want it after purchasing there is a listing called 'Postage Upgrade' in my shop which can be bought, just leave details of the order it goes with on checkout.

If you have provided me with an incorrect address just message me and i will change it for you. If you do not contact me before the item had been posted there is nothing i can do. Providing a correct address is the buyers responsibility. If it is sent i always include return addreses on the back of all my parcels. In a case where it is returned to me i will message you. Postage to resend the item will need to be repaid, or the item will be refunded minus postage cost. Items do not always come back so please make sure you have provided the right address before ordering.
Should the unfortunate occur and your item arrives damaged contact us with photos of the damaged item and all the packaging it came in. This is so i can file a complaint to the post office which will pay for the damages caused, leading to you receiving your money back as well as myself.
No refunds will be given to anyone who does not prove it was damaged on arrival.
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 days UK and 45 days international let us know and we can sort this for you. We will not consider the items lost until this time scale has passed. We need to be contacted within 2 months of the postage date so we can file a claim to the ‘Lost Mail and Fraud’ department for investigation. Item cost will be refunded. No refunds to PO boxes
Returns are accepted within EU countries only. This is only on certain items. Items that are made to order/custom made, earrings, or in the sale are NOT eligible for return.
Returns are accepted on the basis that the buyer pay the return shipping costs, and will receive a refund for the items only minus the original shipping expenses. The item must be received back in its original, unused condition - refunds will be rejected on any items which arrive back with signs of wear or damage, and no refund will be given as we are unable to sell them on. In this case the buyer will be responsible for arranging return shipping if they wish for it to be sent back to them. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items being sent back
All items are sent in star print organza bag, individually wrapped in bubble wrap. We do not ship items in gift boxes as this would increase the postage costs, however we are more than happy to include a personalised, handwritten note in with your order if you are sending it directly to the recipient - if you wish for us to do so, please leave a note with your order!
Keeping your jewellery looking its best for longer is down to the right care. Avoid getting your jewellery wet, and if it does to dry thoroughly. Oily substances should be avoided too and should also be cleaned off well if it does come into contact with your piece. Jewellery should not be worn in the shower.
Please remember this is costume jewellery and will tarnish over time.
