Description

This Monster Fashion Doll has been repainted using quality products - Prismacolor and Faber-Castell soft chalk pastels, Prismacolor and Faber-Castell watercolor pencils and sealed with Mr. Super Clear Matte UV Sealant and Liquitex Gloss Varnish. Her original factory paint has been removed and she has been lovingly prepared as you see here using multiple layers of medium and sealant.

Doll comes as shown without dress, shoes and accessories. Her hair has been washed, conditioned and restyled with curls. All precaution will be taken to hold her hairstyle in shipment, though a certain amount of 'deflating' should be expected. Please message with any questions and thank you for looking!. Stand is not included.

Returns & exchanges

Returns/Exchanges:

Due to the nature of my stock products - returns will not be accepted. There can be no exchanges for dolls. All sales are final. In any situation, you have 3 business days from date of delivery to notify me of any issues, concerns or damage. Failure to notify me within this time frame will be indicative of acceptance of the item(s) as is and no recompense can be issued.

Refunds will be issued in the event that the item was damaged in shipment ONLY, and only once item(s) has been returned to me and has been received. PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGED BOX AND ITEM(S) ARE REQUIRED TO BEGIN THE PROCESS. If additional insurance is not purchased, than refund can only be issued for base pricing of the item. Return shipping is at the cost of the buyer.

In the event that an item shows through tracking to have been delivered, but not received, refunds will not be issued. I will, however, work with you and the post office(s) to see if the item can be located. Neither the post office nor I can be held responsible for items that were delivered to the correct address and turn up missing.

If doll will be going through multiple shipping routes - I.E. shipped to a US address first and then routed through a third party to another address, I am only responsible for the shipment to the address provided on the initial order. Any additional shipping routes the item takes to it's final destination are not the responsibility of Chrysalis Creation and I can not be held accountable for damage/loss during these additional trips. If damage is indicated at delivery to the address on the order, than pictures of the damaged box and item are required at that point. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU PROVIDE THE FINAL SHIPPING DESTINATION ON YOUR ORDER AND PURCHASE SHIPMENT ACCORDINGLY.

FOR CUSTOM ORDERS ONLY:
The above policies still apply. Returns will be accepted and refunds issued upon the item being received back to me at the buyers expense. I reserve the right to post the doll for general sale should this occur. If doll is kept, than no refund or return will be issued.

IF ORDERING POLYMER HORNS ONLY: Exchanges for similar item (colors and style) will be given to items damaged in shipment only if notified of said damage within 3 business days of receipt of item. Horns are made out of clay and are not unbreakable.

Shipping will be via Priority Mail within the United States and Internationally. Shipping charges also include a small packaging/handling fee. Shipping will be happily combined for multiple items purchased - please message me prior to purchase so I can quote appropriately.

Priority Mail includes tracking and insurance for $50.00. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION IS RECOMMENDED, (at an additional cost) but not included.

All due care will be taken to package and protect the items to the best of my ability for shipment. Items will be shipped within 3 business days of payment being received. ONCE ITEMS HAVE BEEN TURNED OVER TO THE POSTAL SERVICE THEY ARE IN THE SERVICES CARE - I would highly recommend the additional purchase of insurance as once packages are within the postal services control I CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS/DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPMENT but can work with you on shipment damage IF INSURANCE IS INCLUDED. Pictures of both the damaged box AND the damaged items will be required to file a claim. If insurance is not purchased than I can not issue refund.
