If you order by mistake, or change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible via Etsy messaging. If your item has already been dispatched we can not cancel your order. If you receive your order and wish to return it, contact us within 14 days and return it to arrive within 14 days of contacting us. If your item is received by us undamaged, and as it was when we sent it and un assembled for self assembly items, we will refund the cost of the item on receipt. If the item is damaged we will asses the damage and refund accordingly. Please pack returns well to avoid damage and any loss or damage of returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
