♥ HOW LONG AFTER I ORDER MY ITEMS WILL THEY BE SHIPPED?
We try to get all orders made and sent out in a timely manner so you can receive them as quickly as possible! However, these items are all custom made to order and the current processing time is 1-2 weeks. This allows time for us to order and receive supplies in the case that your requested item isn’t in stock at the time of purchase. This time frame does not include shipping time, but it is very likely that you will receive your items before this deadline, provided the supplies are in stock.


♥ SHIPPING?
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless you pay more to have it rushed (see our RUSH MY ORDER section) and usually take 3-5 business days. Tracking information is included and will be sent to you in a message once your order has shipped. Please keep in mind that tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update in USPS's system. Once an order has left our possession, you will need to contact USPS's Customer service: 1 (800) 275-8777, as we do not have any control over the package, access to their systems, nor do we work for the postal service. International orders can take anywhere from 14-21 days.


♥ HOW DO I RUSH MY ORDER?
If you need your items sooner than 1-2 weeks, there are options to rush your order under the “Rush My Order” section on our shop. Leaving a comment when you checkout DOES NOT qualify as a rush order. If the item you need rushed is not in stock, we will contact you ASAP! If you have a certain *need by* date, it is best to message us directly through Etsy BEFORE placing your order.


♥ I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER, HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT?
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after the order was placed. Any time after that there will be a 25% re-stocking fee. All items are hand-made and once your order is placed, production begins on your items so please keep that in mind when you order.


♥ HOW DO I MAKE A CHANGE AFTER I ORDER?
If you entered your shipping address incorrectly and your order HAS NOT shipped, please contact us as soon as you can so that we can update your shipping info! If your order has been shipped, we are happy to re-send your package once it gets returned to us. You will be responsible for an additional shipping fee.

If you would like to change the size or your item(s) you have 24 hours after the order was placed to do so. Size change requests are subject to availability.

If you have any other problems with your order, contact us as soon as you can. We are here to help and will do what we can to take care of you!


♥ WHAT IF MY ITEM SHOWS UP DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?
All of our products are professionally packaged to ensure that your items arrive in brand new condition. However, once your order has left our possession, we cannot be held responsible for any damage done by the Post Office. You will need to contact USPS's Customer service: 1 (800) 275-8777 to file a claim. If the issue is not resolved through USPS, we are willing to work with you on getting a new item. Please send a picture of the item(s) that arrived damaged via direct message on Etsy. (Handled on a case-by-case basis). Incorrect item(s) will be replaced at no additional charge to you once pictures of the incorrect item(s) have been sent via direct message on Etsy.


♥ WHAT IF MY ITEM WAS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS OR I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT?
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS before you submit your order! Once your item(s) have left our possession we are not responsible for lost packages of any kind, domestic or international. You will be charged another small shipping fee to send out your item(s) again. If your item(s) get lost in the mail, you must contact USPS's Customer service: 1 (800) 275-8777 with your tracking number to start an investigation and/or file a claim. Please note that international packages automatically come with insurance.

♥ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Refunds and exchanges are handled case-by-case, but are generally not given. If there is an issue with your order, please message us directly via message on Etsy. Orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.


♥ DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Absolutely! We love seeing our customers creations come to life! You can request a custom order one of three ways:

1. Click on the “Request a Custom Order” button on the left hand side of our shop home page.
2. Go to the “Custom Order” section of our shop and purchase the type of custom item you would like (i.e. Baby Onesies, Women’s Tee, etc.). Leave a note with the purchased item saying EXACTLY what you’d like and we will send over two designs for you to choose from.
3. Purchase the number of designs you want to preview (before purchasing the actual item) through the Custom Design Fee found under the “Custom Order” section of our shop and we will send that amount over for you to choose from before you purchase the item.


♥ DO YOU DO WHOLESALE ORDERS?
We are NOT accepting wholesale orders at this time, but if you would like to email us we will keep your email on file for when we do decide to wholesale. lexisloftshop@gmail.com

♥ HOW DO I WASH MY ITEMS?
• Turn garment inside out
• Machine wash on cold
• Hang to dry (drying in dryer is not recommended)
• If design begins to peel up in corners, try ironing as needed. Place parchment paper between the garment and the iron. DO NOT iron directly on the shirt!


♥ WHAT IF MY ORDER IS A GIFT?
If your order is a gift being sent directly to the recipient, we do not include a receipt and we can insert a personalized note so the recipient knows who it’s from/what it’s for. Please make sure you leave a note at checkout with EXACTLY what you'd like the gift note to say!
