Cards are $0.25 each and no minimum order is required. If you would like a different quantity, Please message me and I’d be happy to set up a custom listing for you. You could choose without any charge: color of the font, The Material, message, font, Between ribbon or twine, color for the ribbon. You will receive your tags with Twine or Ribbon.

The Ribbon or twine size is 6" aprox. If you want a long ribbon or twine just ask me for ti.

The order could be cancel:
1. The buyer did not pay. (The seller may flag a buyer for a payment not received, charge back, or canceled payment.)
2. I do not reply e-mails, I use Etsy's messaging system to communicate with my clients.
3. The order may be canceled 2 hours immediately after payment. After that cancellations are not accepted. I won't refund your money back or cancel your order.
4. If after 2 days you have not approved your proof and the date of your event has passed or it has been over 2 business days and we have not received any response from you, we will cancel your order and refund your payment.
5. My turnaround time to process and make your order MAY VARY ACCORDING TO MY SHCEDULLE, after the client approve the proof, if you choose regular turnaround time.

6. I can make for free 1 digital proof for you, after that the next digital proof will be charge.
7. FOR SMALL ORDER( less than 30 tags), I will charge you a small fee.

Every order is unique in its own way as it is customized with wording and colors, returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted.

Once package is received by USPS, I am not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. You must contact the post office with those concerns.

When you purchase an item(s) and you provide a Wrong address, I Do Not take responsibility if the item gets lost in the mail.

CLAIMS POLICY:
You should notify any discrepancy in your order within 3 days after receiving your package. Otherwise none claims shall be accepted. NO MONEY WILL BE REFUND.

Shipping policies

Shipping depends of the quantity from you order.

Domestic Shipping (USA) will be using USPS priority mail service with a tracking number, which will take 2 to 3 business (aprox) days for shipment to arrives its destination. But this is not always guaranteed.

I will use priority mail service for all orders before July 15th of 2015. Not exception applied.

I'm not responsible for the weather condition, this could be a delay in your shipment.

PLEASE NOTE - Unfortunately, once shipped I cannot control how fast the USPS gets your order to you. I am not responsible if your package gets lost or takes longer to get to you than USPS guidelines. I am also not responsible for delays due to extreme weather conditions or an unforeseen natural event.

If you are require having it in a rush or for a specific date, you should request FEDEX or UPS as courier. Extra fees could be charge.

Online commerce puts buyers and sellers at the mercy of third party shipping vendors, and by making a purchase from my shop, you are acknowledging that I cannot control the way the shipping vendor performs their services. I use the USPS because it is reliable 99% of the time, and is the most affordable option for my clients.

I cannot be responsible for items that are shipped to the incorrect address as there is no way for me to know whether your address is correct or not.

-The only GUARANTEED shipping method would be UPS. I am more than happy to ship your package via UPS at an additional cost. Please contact me to inquire about a price quote for that method.

All online shoppers and sellers are AT THE MERCY of the third party couriers (in my case, USPS). I cannot ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE that you will receive it by a certain time.

In cases when USPS has not adhered to their timelines, but I have met my obligation of shipping the order within the expected time frame, I will not provide refunds.

-In cases when USPS has marked a package as DELIVERED in the tracking, but you claim to have not received the package, I will not provide replacements, or refunds. You will need to follow up with your postal carrier to locate the package and/or file a claim.

-If a problem with shipping or delivery occurs after you've received the shipping notification, please contact me and I can open a case with USPS customer service.

For international shipments USPS will be the default courier. Extra fees could be charge if you want Fedex or UPS. (This applies for new orders placed after May 23th 2014). The delivery time varies according the country, the window time will be 10 to 30 business days. If you want a rush international delivery ask me for it and I can use fedex or UPS as a courrier( Extra fees could be charge).

Please keep in mind that international orders may take several weeks to arrive depending on how long they are held in customs. I cannot guarantee ANY shipping timelines. Please DO NOT ask me to falsify the Customs Form - This is illegal and fines are hefty. Refunds will not be offered or provided in cases of shipping delays.

Shipments going out of the US will go through customs, and currently there is no tracking method available to monitor the package once it leaves the US. As new tracking capabilities become available, I will make them available to my customers. Some international shipments may take as long as 3-4 weeks for delivery because of customs delays.

1.Because is a SAMPLE. You didn't place any order, I don't have any payment and you didn't make any payment too.. So there is not responsibility from you or from me in this point. The process start when you place the order not BEFORE. I will start to work on your order once you approved the PROOF not BEFORE.

2. APPROVE YOUR PROOF. We will not print your order until final approval has been received. Once you send your final approval we couldn't make any changes.
I trust our clients to make sure that their spelling, grammar and colors are corrected in the information they submit to us. Clients are responsible for making any and all necessary corrections before approving their final proofs.
I don't make any refund or return.

12. If you buy a sample listing is not a sign that you have placed an order. To place an order you must make a payment for the quantity that you need. I can't modify an order or change payment methods!

13. I don't call any costumer.

14.I do not reply e-mails, I use Etsy's messaging system to communicate with my clients.

15.If you want to make some change to the tags, and if you don't ask for my opinion I won't give you any suggestion. So if you have doubts ASK ME!! and I will answer any question!!!

16. I don't give my phone number to any costumers.

17. I don't allow costumers to pick up merchandise at my place. NOT EXCEPTIONS.

18. Please have in mind that you place the order during the weekend, counts like you place the order on Monday.

19. I have to create a reserved listing for you to place the order, I will charge you 0.20 cents additional to your order (etsy listing fee).

20. I use 110lb cardstock, if you want a thicker cardstock please let me know, the price will be different.

21. The tags comes With ribbon or twine 6” long aprox. If you want a different length the price per tag will be different.

22. I will send the twine or the ribbon (separate). NOT-fully assembled as you seen in the sample picture. If you want me to assemble the tags with the twine or ribbon, the price per tag will be different.

23. If I have to place the items on the mail in a holiday day, I will place them on the mail the next business day, I don't work during the weekend or holiday, and the mail service either. Not July 4th, Not thanksgiving, not Christmas, not new years eve. I will be closing this days, without exception.

24.Please do not ask for a custom listing if you are not going to purchase it. Every listing that I create Etsy charges me for it. If you just want a quote please take a note: My prices are per tag, you could see it in the price box, or in the item description. No hidden Cost!

25. My prices are NOT Negotiable, I don’t make discounts for bulk orders.

26.Please do not ask me today, then wait a few weeks and try to make the purchase, My turnaround time may vary. The ONLY way to secure a spot on my calendar is by purchasing your items. My calendar fills RAPIDLY.

Hello, Dear Costumer, this is not a DYI store, I'm the one who personalize the item and make the tags for you, as a matter of courtesy I would like to let you know what is the process on my shop , works this way:

1. You make your request (via etsy message system)
2. We ex- change information about time frame, price etc.. (via etsy message system)
2.1 PLEASE DON’T BUY THE SAMPLE LISTING.
3. Then I will send you a reserved listing (INVOICE) To make the purchase.
4. I will send you all the info to choose, font color, material, ribbon, message( without any charge)
4.1 You place the order,(PAY FOR THE TAGS/CARDS) DON’T BUY THE SAMPLE PICTURE JUST FOR 1 TAG OR CARD
5. After you place the order. I will send you a digital proof for your approva
