Shipping policies

Due to the relatively low value of the items shipped, I ship without insurance or tracking. This means that shipping is sometimes fantastically fast, and sometimes not. Shipping timeframes are not guaranteed.

Within Canada I use letter mail. Delivery generally ranges between 2 days (Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and area) to 3 weeks (British Columbia, territories).

For the US I use Light Packet (Air). Delivery is normally within 1-2 weeks. I offer a tracked upgrade that guarantees within 7 days.

For other international destinations I use Light Packet Air, which for Europe should arrive in 7-10 business days. For other countries it is sometimes a bit longer.

If you would like tracking or a guaranteed shipping time, please message me. If you are willing to pay the higher shipping costs it would be my pleasure to send out tracked packages.

Additional policies

Charities
Many of the sets benefit specific causes that are near and dear to my heart! This is my way of putting money where my mouth is and using my buttons and magnets to cat least help change things.

-Sit With Me Shelter Dog Rescue-
They are an amazing charity that strongly believes that shelter dogs deserve better than being abandoned by those who are tasked with being responsible for them. They take in dogs that have reached the end of the line and are in danger of euthanasia due to shelter crowding, policies, or medical conditions.

-The Ten Oaks Project-
The Ten Oaks Project is a charitable, volunteer-driven organization that engages and connects children and youth from LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, two-spirit, queer) families, identities, and communities. They offer two annual camp programs to children and youth: Camp Ten Oaks (ages 8-17) and Project Acorn (ages 16-24). They're also in the process of developing a series of workshops for summer camp providers and those interested in learning more about kids who grow up in queer communities.

-Ottawa Pet Rat Rescue-
This rescue is near and dear to my heart, as I’ve fostered for them for years. They rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome rats in the Ottawa/Montreal area and do public outreach to educate. Rats are wonderful, unique, intelligent, and amazing creatures. I’m so happy to donate to this cause. All rat related, and no fur button sets donate to this cause.

-The Ottawa Foodbank's Community Harvest Program-
They grow and collect nutritious, local produce for clients served by Ottawa Food Bank member agencies across the national capital region. In 2016, the program distributed a total 138,641 lbs of fresh produce! Over 90,000 lbs of which they grew themselves!

-Adopt Me Cat Rescue-
They are a registered charity, volunteer-run, foster-based cat rescue who is genuinely concerned with the welfare of cats in and around the Ottawa region. They rescue and provide veterinary care to homeless cats and follow through to recovery and adoption. Most of their cats are homeless, afraid, hungry and many times ill or hurt.

-Planned Parenthood Ottawa-
They're an essential and invaluable service that provides a range of services and information for people to make healthy decisions about their health, bodies and relationships. Education, counselling, information, and referral services are provided in a safe environment, free of judgment.
You can read more about them at their website: https://ppottawa.ca/

-Minwaashin Lodge
Minwaashin Lodge. They are an Indigenous Women's Support Centre that provides a range of programs and services to First Nations, Inuit and Métis women and children (regardless of status) who are survivors of domestic and other forms of violence, and who may also be suffering the effects of the residential school system. All programs and services are provided in the context of cultural beliefs and values to ensure a holistic approach is used as part of the healing journey.

I’m currently on the lookout for charities for the following themes (that I’m working on designs for):
-Horse Rescue
-Endangered Animals
-Mental Health
