If jewelry is damaged for some reason, you can send it to our studio and we will repair it, please attach the order number and send us a message with all the details about the damage that occurs and we will contact you.
We will update what the repair cost is after seeing what the damage is.

The earrings are really nice and look like in the picture but I was a bit surprised that instead of a metal screw back there was a (very tight) rubber guard which makes it very difficult and painful for fingers to take the earrings out.
