Do you offer international shipping?

We absolutely do! If You want to buy one of our items that does not have an international shipping option listed, please send us a direct message and we will happily calculate your shipping costs and add them to the listing for you. HOWEVER, recent changes in shipping laws within the EU have made it extremely difficult for us to ship to Europe, so we have suspended selling within the European Union at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If your are confused about what size you should purchase for one of our custom items, please - WE BEG YOU - message us BEFORE placing your order, and we will happily advise you on which size will work best for you.

Can I cancel my order?

We happily accept cancellation of any order within 48 hours of purchase, for any reason, for a full refund (EXCEPT in the case of rush-orders which cannot be cancelled under any circumstances). WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS AFTER 48 HOURS, or once the item has been shipped, so please BE ABSOLUTELY SURE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE. The reason for this being: most in-stock items should ship within two to three days, and in the case of custom orders, these items cannot be resold, and the materials cannot be repurposed once we have begun constructing them to your measurements/specifications. Once again, rush-orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Why does our packaging look… well… kinda’ ugly sometimes?

We try to be economically and environmentally friendly by reusing old boxes and packing materials as much as possible rather than buying new. Rest assured your items will always be packaged safely even if the outside may look a bit shabby!

Do you accept returns?

The short answer is, no - and we especially will not accept returns for any custom, made-to-measure items. We make these items to fit you, and you alone, so we cannot resell them. This is why we emphasize: PLEASE provide accurate measurements, and PLEASE contact us with any questions BEFORE placing your order. We NEVER accept returns for worn/used items. We try very hard to be as clear and transparent as possible in our listings, but we are not liable for buyers’ mistakes. However, if we make a mistake on our end, we are always happy to work with you to find a mutually beneficial solution. If you buy something and ultimately change your mind after you receive it, we recommend looking into re-selling it to someone else who will enjoy it.

Do you accept exchanges?

We will consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis - primarily in the event that an item is flawed, or if we made a mistake in sizing. We try very hard to do quality-control before putting any item in the mail, but we are primarily a small, 2-person team, and mistakes can occasionally happen. We NEVER accept returns or exchanges for worn/used items.

Will my belt have enough length to tie the end like you show in the product pictures???

Yes. Many people get confused by this for some reason, but We don’t use the same length of belt strap for everyone. We make every belt to order, from scratch, to the customer’s exact waist measurement, so all of the belts that are shown tied in the “Medieval knot” style are intentionally cut with a nice long tail on the end, so they can be tied just as shown in the product pictures. This is why it is important to give us your exact waist measurement in the listing, NOT the total measurement you think the entire belt should be. Just please make sure to include your exact waist measurement in the personalization field at checkout, and we will take care of the rest.

Will any dye from my belt/baldric/etc. come off on my clothing?

We work very hard to thoroughly seal all products as completely as possible, but most of our leather goods are at least partially hand-dyed, so some color transfer onto skin or clothing (especially light-colored or white clothing) is always possible.

Our Adventurer belts are carefully hand-crafted from sturdy, belt-grade latigo leather, in BLACK, LIGHT BROWN or DARK BROWN, with a beautiful decorative real-metal buckle in your choice of BRONZE or SILVER finish They are approximately 2.25" wide, and feature an extra-long tail , designed to be tucked and folded into a "medieval knot" style as pictured. (You do NOT need to add any additional length onto your measurement to allow enough length to tie - we always make the tail extra long for this purpose!)

Perfect for any renaissance faire or pirate costume, this accessory would also look right at home on a musketeer, a knight, a woodsman, or any number of other historical and/or fantasy ensembles! Pair it with one of our baldrics to complete your roguish, swashbuckling look!

- These belts are adjustable, but YES we *REALLY DO* still need you to take your *EXACT WAIST MEASUREMENT* - over any clothing/costume you plan to wear underneath! Your waist measurement is NOT the same as your pants size! Make sure to measure around your natural waist (near your bellybutton), not your hips (unless you plan to wear the belt slung low on your hips) If your measurement falls inbetween two inches, please round to the nearest one. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT MEASUREMENTS.

- We always leave plenty of length on the end of the belt tails to tie in the classic knot style, as seen here in the listing pictures and in the movies. YOU *DO NOT* NEED TO ADD EXTRA LENGTH TO YOUR MEASUREMENT WHEN ORDERING TO ENSURE THERE IS ENOUGH TAIL TO TIE!
