Refunds:
Due to the nature of items we sell, all personalized items are final sale once engraved. In the unusual event breakage or a spelling error occurs, please read below.

Damaged Items:
We use some of the best packaging methods for fragile products in our industry to ensure a happy, safe arrival. In the unforeseen event that breakage does occur, we will replace your product free of charge within 48-72 hours during normal business operations. Photographs can be attached to your etsy convo along with a picture of the damage.

Spelling Errors:
We have a quality control system in place for spelling errors. However, we are human and occasionally may miss something. If this happens we will replace your product free of charge within 48-72 hours during normal business operations. Photographs can be attached to your etsy convo along with a picture of the spelling error.

Upon completion of your order, a USPS ground shipping confirmation will be provided along with a tracking number. Insurance is included with our shipping and handling. We understand that some of our clients are busy planning their wedding and may have a lot on their plate! If you need to expedite the process of your products engraving and shipping, we offer rush processing. With this option we will make your order in 1-2 business days with expedited 3 day shipping for an extra $35.
