I'm sure the product is great (I had it shipped to my friend for her birthday and never got a chance to see it), but the shop owner is an incredibly rude person. There was an issue with the address, so I double checked with my friend and gave her the new one. The shop owner was unbelievably rude about it and obviously has no sense of customer service. She sent me a message in all caps, called me "careless," and told be to "be more aware in the future," as if it's something that I did on purpose because I wanted to screw her over. Because she has obviously never made a mistake before. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP.
