- Large orders take an extra day to process due to packaging considerations
- Alteration of a jewelry piece (other than what is offered at the drop box selections) may cause a delay in shipping and processing depending on materials in stock

Jewelry pieces are carefully ensconced in jewelry boxes with a bow ready to give as gifts. Boxes are then packaged in a bubble mailer or box for added protection.

We offer to GIFT WRAP and ship directly to your recipient. With your order, please add the following requests in the message box:
- Please Gift Wrap
- Send this note with gift: i.e. "Happy Birthday etc"
NOTE: Please make sure that the SHIP TO address is correct.

If your receiving address is located outside the United States, please note that there are lead times that affect delivery due to each country's Customs Department.

VAT (Import Tax) is collected by each country’s mail carrier prior to release of the package. Please understand that Fine Heart is not responsible for any VAT or customs fees.

I guarantee all my work and accept returns for refunds or exchanges.
Here's a few guidelines.
If you get your jewelry order and change your mind, I can take items back in their original condition. Please let me know as soon as your package arrives and I will give you detailed instructions on how to mail the jewelry back safely. A refund will be issued once the jewelry has been received in its original condition unless you request an exchange.

At this time, my small independent business cannot afford to accept returns on any of the following: Bridal Party jewelry or any custom orders which involve multiples of the same item. I hope you understand my position.

From changing crystal colors, to perfect sizing for fit, to creating your unique bridal party jewelry sets, I am willing to collaborate on new designs with you.

I offer to make multiples of my jewelry designs for your bridesmaids gifts.

Custom Orders With No Extra Charge
- Change lengths within reason (add 2 to 4 inches)
- Change Swarovski crystal or pearl color only
- Change earring findings from leverbacks to wires to posts
- Change bracelet clasp design from lobster to toggle clasps or magnetic ones for ease of use

Custom Orders With Change in Pricing
- Change in metals (i.e. sterling silver to gold filled or vice versa) will be an up-charge or a refund
- Change to 14k solid gold* (yellow or white). In some instances, I can also change to platinum.*
*Market pricing affects the jewelry metal pricing changes mentioned above.

925 Sterling Silver Jewelry need some care to retain its original bright shine. The jewelry you receive is placed in a box which is purposed to help retain its original shine. When not wearing, keep the jewelry in the box.

To clean sterling silver jewelry with freshwater pearls or gemstones, use a polishing cloth. Please do not use any type of "cleaning dip" to renew the silver’s bright shine.

To clean jewelry with Swarovski crystals, use moist towelettes intended for cleaning glasses (simple rubbing alcohol wipes with no moisturizer) and carefully rub the crystal jewelry and metal to clean.

Gold Filled or Solid Gold Jewelry will retain its shine with very little maintenance. Place in jewelry box when not wearing.
