We're happy to list a different range of three sizes if you don't see the size combination you'd like in our store. Just send us an Etsy conversation to request a different size combination and we'll list it for you.

We also list wide-format print shop PDF files on special request. These files are set up for printing on 36" wide (or wider) paper. Send us an Etsy conversation for more information.

Unfortunately we don't don't make one-off patterns for customers. We can recommend www.fashionhouse.com.au for that purpose if you're based in Melbourne, Australia.

You get a separate PDF file for each size mentioned in the product title. Each file contains the following:
> A few pages of construction instructions
> Some instructions on how to put your PDF pattern together
> A number of pattern tile pages that you need to print at home or the office. Beware! Sometimes there can be a lot. Get in touch with us if you need to know how many pages need to be printed. Often the number of pattern tiles that need to be printed is listed in the product description.

Once printed the patterns tiles need to be cut out and stuck together. Once they are stuck together you will have your complete pattern!

> Log on to Etsy and then click on the "You" menu at the top right. A drop-down menu will appear
> Click on the "Purchases and reviews" item. You'll find your order in there. Your patterns will always be there for you to download!
> In addition, links to the patterns will have been emailed to the email address provided when you signed up to Etsy. Make sure you've entered your email address correctly! Sometimes the email might go you your SPAM or JUNK folder, so it's worth checking there. It usually only takes a couple of minutes for links to your patterns to be emailed through.

Your pattern has printed out correctly if the outer edges of the "test square" measures 10 cm and the red rectangle on the pattern tile pages measures 9.5 inches by 6.5 inches. If you don't get these measurements check your printer settings and try again!

1. Save the pattern file (rather than opening using a viewer in a browser)
2. Open the pattern file in Adobe Acrobat Reader
3. Try printing out one of the pattern tiles (one with the red rectangles). When the print dialogue box opens, you'll have to look through the print settings so there's NO SCALING going on
4. Each printer is different! On my computer I set "Custom Scale" to 100%. Others choose "Actual Size" or "no scaling" or set page scaling to "None". You should also select "Auto portrait/landscape"
5. If the red rectangle on the pattern tile pages measures 9.5" x 6.5" you've printed your pattern correctly. The test square edge should also measure 10 cm
