Real Neon tubes are attached to a realistic, but 'faux' bamboo backing.
This is my design, and every one is hand made by me here in Southern Arizona, and is slightly different.
Approximately 20" wide and 16" high, with a hand carved 'Tiki Mask' accent.
Neon is brighter than shown in the photo; it was toned down to show the bamboo detail.
The power supply is attached to the rear of the backing.
This unit hangs on the wall like a picture, and plugs into a standard outlet.
There is a line cord or pull chain on-off switch.
Real, quality neon tubes don't burn out like incandescent or flurescent bulbs. With virtually no maintenance, a piece like this will last many years.
Shipping charge includes includes insurance. This piece ships in approximately 2-3 weeks.
Like any lamp that incorporates real glass and electricity, this piece is not meant for children.

I purchased this purple and green neon cat in NYC about a bazillion years ago and loved to look at it every day. I even set it up so that it would reflect in various mirrors. When we moved to FL, the packers/movers caused it to be smashed to smithereens. I was heartbroken and searched for it relentlessly until I finally found it on Etsy. It arrived on the promised date in perfect condition. It is just so much fun to look at! I have three real,live cats that I love to pieces and that are frequently hysterically funny, but this is my fourth cat, and I love it, too.

The neon flamingo is Great! It casts more light than I thought it would. Thanks for getting it out to me so quickly. The packaging and the attention to detail on the flamingo is excellent. I would definitely buy from you again if I'm ever in the market for more neon lights.

The cat is beautiful and looks even better in person than the picture. It was well packed, arrived on time and works great. We are extremely happy with it. I also want to mention that Bill was very helpful and quick to answer my questions. You can't go wrong ordering from him.
