Le Train Bleu is a restaurant located at the Gare de Lyon railway station in Paris. Originally created to dine the visitors of the Paris Universal Exposition 1900. The dining restaurant is a richly decorated space in the Belle Epoque style with mirrors, gold guilded ceiling decor and angels, ceiling murals, and delicious food. In the Gare Lyon the Le Train Bleu Restaurant has some smaller compartments in addition to the fabulous main room with it's Belle Epoque gilded ceilings with wall murals, and wonderful art noveau objects decorating the room in style. In this sepia toned photo there is the original glass chandelier and globes with one of the great windows that face Paris.

This is also available as a deep wood block in many sizes, large or small. They make great gifts as well. Please see specials on wood blocks.
