1) PLEASE CHECK SPELLING OF YOUR NAME. It is never fun to hear there was an error regardless of who made the mistake!
2) Ships in 3-5 days, depending on your need, and our schedule if you need your puzzle(s) sooner – ASK – (weekends and holidays add days [Christmas season might take a day or two longer]). PLEASE add dated needed in Personalization box after the name(s) - custom color comments. If you have a destination not listed just message us for a quote. We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail which takes 2-5 days for delivery in the US and 6-10 days for International shipments (it would be a good idea to have a little extra time should there be a delay in Customs). If you need your puzzle sooner, we may be able to do that – tell us the date you need it. Or better yet send an Etsy Conversation with all the information about the puzzle(s) you need, i.e.: name(s), UPPERCASE -or- Upper/lowercase. Level -or- Raised letters, other options, date needed, and Ship To Zip Code -or- International location; link(s) for Custom additions. 10) To avoid delays in shipping your order make sure that the “Ship To” address from your purchase and payment agree and are correct! We create our shipping labels with Etsy's program or PayPal’s USPS Multi-order shipping which pulls the “Ship To” from your payment (you should note only one ship to is provided for – place an order for each shipping destination). Correcting your address takes time (that we have not charged/allowed for) and cannot be changed before we ship which creates an opportunity for error - so please help us avoid the cost/potential error. If you have an address change the best way for it to get corrected is to place a new order with the correct address and we will refund/cancel your original order as recommended by Etsy (Here is a link to Etsy’s instructions for correcting a “Ship To”: https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015522008-Wrong-Shipping-Address-on-Order - otherwise there is not a guarantee it gets changed).

My Level name puzzles are made out of High Quality ¼" Baltic Birch which make the letters ¼" thick and the puzzle ½" thick. We don't add pegs because they are a potential choking hazard - a Raised letter puzzle with the letters made from ½" Baltic Birch makes it easy to lift the letters out. Our wooden Name Puzzle comes in your choice of Brights Boy/Girl, Pastel, Primary, or even Custom color choices. The Letters are approximately 2-½ " inches high. Are beautifully hand-painted with non-toxic paints, and finished with a child-safe finish. We will paint the background or cavities for an extra fee. Have not seen what you want?
