Due to the nature of custom stamped jewelry, we are unable to provide refunds once your piece has entered production. However, we will gladly replace any piece that has been stamped due to an error on our part. Please contact us for return authorization to return your original piece to us.
Pre-made, non-customized, or ready-to-ship items may be returned for refund within 15 days of purchase, provided they are returned in new condition. Please contact us for return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. There is a restocking fee of 20% of purchase price, and will be subtracted from any applicable refund.
