In March 2013 I made a zine about self-love. What is it? How do I love myself currently? How can I love myself better?
In February 2015 -- on Valentine's Day, in fact! -- I revised the zine by adding new content and new sketches. Revising the zine was, in itself, a form of self-love. It emphasised the value of my voice and my thoughts. It reminded me of the little things I like to do, the little things that calm my mind and settle my heart. It forced me to look at parts of my body and consider them worthy of attention and admiration. Here is the revised zine. Enjoy.
