All of my items are packaged in a gift box. Multiple items (earrings and rings only) may be packaged in one box to keep costs low for both myself and my customers, and also to avoid excess packaging. If you need some or all of the items in your order individually boxed, please notify me and I will gladly do so. I no longer include a receipt/invoice in my packages unless requested.

Bridal and larger orders (5+ pieces) will take longer to ship (approximately 2-3 weeks). Please contact me in advance if you have a rush order or a larger order needed in less than 3 weeks.

If your order is needed by a specific date, please leave a message through an Etsy conversation. Rush orders must contact me in advance of purchase, and purchase a rush order fee found here:

Please note that I often do not see messages left in the "Note to seller" box at checkout until I begin making and processing the order. Please contact me via an Etsy conversation if you have a question or an urgent message.

You will receive an email from Etsy when your order is ready to be shipped; this will serve as confirmation of shipment. Sometimes this email is sorted into spam or junk folders, so please look there if you do not receive it after your order has been marked "shipped" on Etsy.

IMPORTANT: I ship to the address on file with Etsy. Please notify me if you need your order shipped to a different address. It is your responsibility to be sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address:
a. If the package is returned to me by the USPS, it can be reshipped once a reshipment fee is paid.
b. If the package is marked as delivered and not received by either party, a report will need to be filed with the USPS for theft/missing mail.


US ORDERS: I ship USPS First Class Mail with tracking. My items are made to order. Current production times are stated on your order confirmation invoice and in my shop announcement. Please allow up to 10 days for shipment of custom orders. USPS First Class generally takes 2-5 business days for delivery. Shipping upgrades are available in my shop.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I ship USPS International First Class Mail; please be aware of your country's taxes, duties, and/or customs requirements. As a merchant, it is illegal to mark "gift" on the customs form, so there may be a fee or tax that is your responsibility. For more information, please contact your country's customs department or postal service. There are also calculators online to ESTIMATE these fees; please note that these may or may not be accurate:

There is NO TRACKING available on International First Class Mail, and it can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery if held by customs (in very rare cases, up to 12 weeks).

If an international order is returned to me due to refusal to pay import duty/taxes or marked as unclaimed, the order will be cancelled and refunded MINUS shipping and a 25% restocking fee.

IMPORTANT: Please contact me through Etsy's conversation/message system. The email address shown on orders is not an address that is checked and emails will NOT be read. If you have not received a response via Etsy within 48 hours, please write again in case the message was improperly flagged or not received. Again, please do not write via email!

HAND STAMPED/METAL STAMPING:
All personalized items are done so by metal stamping. This technique is done by hand, and does not have the accuracy of machine engraving. Characters not perfectly aligned or centered can not be considered damaged/defective/not as described due to the nature of hand stamping. Also, the backs of the charms can not be stamped as the processing of hand stamping leaves an impression on the back side. Impressions and scuffs on the back side of the charm are normal, and not considered defective.

COLORS:
Please note that my laptop which I edit photos and create listings from has been professionally color-calibrated. Due to the many variations in monitors, browsers, devices, and even lighting conditions, color samples may appear different on your device. If trying to match a color, please feel free to contact me with a link or photo.

PLATED JEWELRY:
Please note that many of my items contain plated parts. NO jewelry should be worn while bathing/showering/swimming/excercising, but especially not plated jewelry. Also, some skin types (particularly those who have metal allergies or high pH) should not wear plated jewelry on a frequent or long term basis. Quick tarnishing or erosion of the plating may occur in these situations. It is highly advised that if any of these apply to you or a recipient that the chain be upgraded to either sterling silver or 14kt gold filled. Whether or not an individual can wear plated jewelry is not something I can predict, so please pay attention to the "Materials" noted in each listing and upgrade if you are unsure.

Plated jewelry care and tips:

1. Wash your hands before putting on or taking off plated jewelry.
2. Do not put on gold plated jewelry until after you’ve applied perfume, sunscreen, or other cosmetic products. Allow the cosmetics to dry thoroughly.
3. Juice or gases released by cutting of acidic foods (such as tomatoes or onions) can cause tarnishing. Remove your plated jewelry before preparing these foods.
4. It is recommended to remove plated jewelry prior to cleaning with bleach, antiseptic, or abrasive cleaning agents.
5.. Avoid rubbing plated jewelry against abrasive surfaces.
7. Never swim in your plated jewelry; this includes chlorinated, saltwater, and unfiltered water.
8. Never wear your plated jewelry when you may sweat profusely; this includes while sleeping.
9. Clean your plated jewelry gently; do not rub aggressively. Rinse with warm water and a mild soap (gentle dishwashing detergent is recommended) only, but do not allow the jewelry to "soak".
10. Store your plated jewelry in a pouch, box, or soft cloth separate from other jewelry.
11. If your plated jewelry has become very tarnished, an unconventional trick which may help is to spray a small amount of WD-40 onto the tarnished areas. GENTLY rub with a soft cloth to remove the tarnish, then follow with step 9 above.
