Returns & exchanges

All items are accurately described, and photos and/or scans are given, so you can rest assured that what you see is what you get. Most every antique and vintage item has some imperfections. In the biz, this is called "as is, where is". While signs of age, use, etc. are to be expected (and often part of the charm!), we do our very best to point them out so that you needn't point a finger at them in surprise when the items arrive.

If some detail is not mentioned, would like additional images, just ask us about it! We will help you before you make your purchase. As such, you can buy with the confidence that no returns are necessary.

Unless items are not as described, there are no refunds on these unique pieces.

Shipping policies

We use USPS Priority, with tracking and insurance, for most all our shipping. With larger and/or heavier items, we will use the most cost effective and safe shipping we can.

We are happy to combine shipping, but as our items are not a standard size or weight, please contact us so that we can properly calculate the rate for you.

At this time we are reluctant to ship internationally due to the cost; if you really REALLY want something, contact us to discuss the possibility and the shipping rate.

Additional policies

We do provide custom picking services; see more at our website.
