The Villa in Tivoli was the Emperor's get away from Rome. It had palaces, roman baths, temples, a theatre, art, mosaics, sculpture, libraries, quarters, courtiers, and slaves. It covered 250 acres including gardens, which is the essential element of a Roman Villa.
