Items are posted the following working. Items are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Hermes for larger orders within the UK, however, other options are available at checkout.

On request, we can send by another method at an additional cost. Should you need the order urgently, please message us and we will try where possible to arrange this for you.

Buyers outside of the UK are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes that may be applicable in that country. The price charged for postage takes into consideration the cost of postage, packaging and our time.

Although lost, damaged or delayed items in the post are the responsibility of the Royal Mail (or other carrier), we will do everything we can to help resolve so please contact us if there are any postal issues. We keep proof of postage for all items. Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until after 15 days (21 days for International delivery). Lost items cannot be claimed for until the 15 days have passed (21 for International deliveries). Please do not leave it longer than 5 weeks to contact us about lost items as we will not be able to help you at such a late stage.

We cannot be held responsible for the length of time it takes for the Royal Mail to deliver your order, however we generally dispatch within one business day of receiving cleared payment.

Items are posted to the address information held on your PayPal account, so please ensure your account details are up to date. We cannot be held responsible for any lost items due to an incorrect address.
