NATURAL WHITE BIRCH BARK PICTURE FRAME
These birch bark frames are individually handcrafted. I hand peel all of my birch bark from the birch logs myself. I then laminate the bark on to sheets which I then cut to the size needed to wrap your frame. Those laminated strips are then glued and fastened to a 3/4" thick plywood frame for strength and rigidity. The outer edge is then warped 1.5" wide weathered reclaimed wood. All frame comes with a white hardboard backing which is held in place with easy to use plastic spring clips (see photo).
The colors will vary, so if you'd like to specify what you are looking for I can do my best to match your wishes.

Lance created a custom sized birch (rustic) frame for an oil painting I received. It's just beautiful. Great communication from Lance; shipped quickly. And the wall mounting that came with it was awesome. If you need a birch frame, buy it from Lance at Touch of Fire; you won't be sorry!

Absolutely beautiful and excellent workmanship! I've been looking for someone for a several years now to make a frame out of real Birch for a water color painting of my Dad's lake cottage that was surrounded with Birch Trees. Lance never hesitated at the size I requested and I received the frame very quickly! My Dad and that antiquated, little cabin are gone now but, this exceptional birch bark frame now holds a picture of memories for our family that will be cherished and never forgotten. What a gorgeous frame! My sister loved it and sent me a beautiful photo of it in her house. Lance also made the easel stand work for portrait as well as landscape orientations so my sister can change out the picture if she wants to. Perfect for those who like to bring nature/ natural elements to their home. Thanks so much!
