We make every effort to represent our stock accurately. We photograph the actual dress and provide descriptions, to ensure we show you the color and style as close as possible to the original item.

Color : Please note that all products are photographed under natural daylight, hence it may differ if you are referring to the product under room lighting or warm lights. There are times when there may be a color difference due to different monitor resolutions If you are unsure of the dress color, please contact us prior to purchasing to confirm the shade of the color is what you are wanting.

Color: We do not encourage customers to buy a trial dress, then return to buy the remaining dresses months later as dresses made in different batches may invariably have small variations of color. Please note that it's impossible to dye all rolls of fabric in the exact same shade. If possible, please purchase all dresses at one go. We will not be held responsible if you notice colour differences between two separate orders made in different time periods.

Size : Please refer to the measurements as per the listing.

All dresses are designed for women who have average height and body shape. If you are taller or shorter than average or you do not have an average body shape, it is important to carefully choose a dress style that will suit you.

Quality control : We have stringent inspection procedures in place, we check each dress during production and again prior to dispatch. We carefully inspect to confirm the correct style, color, and size.

We strongly encourage all buyers to place your orders in advance so as to receive your items on time.

We ship via SingPost, meaning that your shipment should arrive within 10 - 14 business days for international shipping, subjected to customs clearance. If you need the item(s) urgently, please let us know and we'll be happy to ship it by other means at an additional charge.

In view of the bad delay at Canada Post's end since end 2015, we will only ship to Canada via expedited shipping service (except for swatches and bow ties) to ensure that our customers receive their orders quicker. All shipping fees to Canada shown in our listings are set to expedited shipping rates. Please note that the courier company does not deliver to PO box addresses.

Kindly provide us with a contact number in the event the delivery person should have a need to contact you. You can do so via note to seller when u checkout the item.

Please ensure that the address provided during the check-out process. We will not be responsible for item loss due to wrong or unknown address. If you wish your item to be shipped to a different address from the one you provided during check-out, please drop us a note immediately once you place your order. If request is untimely, we would not be able to refund. Your kind understanding is very much appreciated.
