I try my best to always have a fast turnaround for my brides. But because of my affordable prices I do get very busy. I make and ship my veils in a first ordered, first shipped basis. CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME IS--- 3-4 Weeks!
Your order will leave my shop in 3-4 weeks and then delivery will depend on the shipping method you chose.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Please note that Blanca Veils can only provide ESTIMATED delivery dates, as provided by USPS, and cannot guarantee delivery on USPS’ estimated date. Blanca Veils assumes no liability for delivered shipments, weather delays, custom delays AND ANY OTHER DELIVERY ISSUES ONE THE PACKAGE HAS LEFT THE STUDIO AND HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE USPS.

PLEASE NOTE: Blanca Veils is not responsible for LOST packages after the item ships. Please make sure that your "ship to" address is to a secure location and the shipping address is correct. NO insurance or signature is included on your shipment, if you would like to add insurance or a signature requirement to your shipment, please send a message prior to your order shipping.


CUSTOMS FEES, TARIFFS, and any other government fees are the buyer's responsibility to pay. Please check with your countries policies in regards to taxes/duties.

Shipments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days), which includes a tracking number. Swatches are shipped according to the shipping method you choose at checkout.

If you would like to add insurance please send a message prior to placing your order, so you can receive an upgraded estimate. If you would like to add a signature to your package, please send a message prior to placing your order, so you can receive an upgraded estimate.

Customs Charges-
International customers are expected to be aware of and pay all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may occur at the time of delivery."

Customs Fees-
Returns and refunds are not available because item(s) are facing customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. Please be aware of the fees that you may be charged when receiving an international package.

All international orders are sent through USPS First Class International Mail, which includes NO tracking once its left the United States and enters your country. The method of shipping is chosen to keep your shipping cost down.

For USPS First Class International Mail, please allow up to 2-5 weeks for shipping time, as your item may get delayed in customs. Please note, there is NO guaranteed delivery date, since there is no tracking; also this is the estimated time frame for shipping after your product has shipped.

If you select a non-traceable shipping method, you will be unable to get assistance from USPS in the recovery of any package that is lost, stolen or missing in transit. Upgrading is at the buyers expense, and Blanca Veils HIGHLY recommends upgrading to a traceable and insured service.

International customers can upgrade to USPS Priority (6-10 business days) or USPS Express (3-5 business days). This shipping upgrade can be selected when you place your order at checkout. Please Note: If the item gets delayed in customs, the length of time to receive your package may take longer. Therefore, please allow extra delivery time when placing your order for international shipments.

If you are unsure about a fabric, color or trim, please order swatches prior to placing your order. There is a $3.00 fee plus shipping for swatches and international customers need to pay additional postage fees.

These pieces are all made to order and are NON-REFUNDABLE items. Please make your decision carefully prior to placing your order. If you are unsure about a fabric color or trim, please order swatches prior to placing your order.

* * * DAMAGED ITEMS * * *

If your item is damaged when you receive it, you have 24 hours to message me to assess the problem.

* * * CANCELLATION POLICY * * *

If the item has not yet shipped and you would like to cancel your order, Blanca Veils must be notified within 48 hours after your purchase/payment date. If you want to make changes to your order after that time frame, a $30 cancellation charge will be had to cancel your order if the veil is already in production.

Prices and availability of material may change without notice.**No refunds or price adjustments on veils that go on sale after shipment/delivery of your veil.

Custom orders are available. Every item listed can come in a different length, width, or trim if desired. Please send a message to receive an estimate and to create your custom listing. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please measure your desired length for your veil from where the comb will be placed down to where you want your veil to end in the back.
If you want a blusher to cover your face or if your veil has 2 tiers, please measure from the comb placement down to where you want your veil to fall in front. These measurements do not have to be exact, but will be made to within 2 inches.
If you are unsure, please view photos of other brides or schedule a veil fitting at your local bridal shop to understand what style of veil you want. I can help you with this process, but the final decision needs to be yours. This is your wedding!
