Returns and Exchanges

Refunds and returns are accepted. Please contact us with your request then you can return your order in the same condition and package. We'll issue a refund when we receive the item back and after inspection of its condition. Shipping costs are non refundable. Please don't return without contacting us first! If your package is lost or damaged we'll issue a refund or exchange. If you don't claim your package from the post office and it gets returned to us we will refund you (without any shipping costs) as soon as the item arrives back to us or resend (additional shipping charge may be required). There are no refunds or returns allowed on custom orders. We’ll send you pictures of the artwork for your approval before shipping it.
