Charming Chicks And Zipper Eggs Sewing Pattern

Instant download

The perfect addition to your next Easter basket, these 7 inch fully lined eggs unzip to ‘hatch’ an adorable 6 inch baby chick. The pattern is adorable both in fun prints (to make the egg into an ‘Easter egg’) or in white to help teach little ones about the life of these adorable animals.

This is a pattern only, not the finished product! (Sorry! I’m afraid we’re leaving the sewing to you!)

Intermediate sewing skills required.

I love this pattern! It is so easy to follow. I have only been sewing with a sewing machine for a little over a month. I was worried if I could follow this pattern since I am still a beginner and the pattern is listed at an intermediate level, but I wanted to give it a try because it is so cute. My chick ended up coming out perfect, and I got so many compliments that it looks store bought! I am so pleased with this purchase!

This is just the sweetest pattern. I have already made 5 giraffes and one cow this weekend. All the new babies in the family plus two on the way are going to love these. I also embroidered names on the lower left. The instructions were clear and precise. Thank you!
