Deep within the forest, a guardian of the Woodlands discovers a strange egg not known to this part of the woods. Its metallic color and thick shell begs many answers as to what creature could have bore such a spectacle. She knows of only one elder who may be of some assistance to solve the mystery or at least give her an idea where she may find answers. Bundling the egg in wild grass and moss, she sets out to find her dear friend, The Crow of Crescent Hill.

What she has yet to realize is her quest will take her far away from home and into an exotic land where enormous reptiles with wings rule the sky.

Inspired by beloved 19th century children’s book illustrators such as Beatrix Potter and John Tenniel, my characters are reminiscent of a time long ago that will perfectly compliment and weave a dreamy element into your cottage, shabby chic design philosophy. Their enduring, classic appeal makes them a beautiful choice to add a delightful touch of fairytale whimsy to any room.

As an artist, I feel it is more important that my prints perfectly match my illustrations. I received feedback from a customer who was disappointed that the posters are not rigid. They are 100 lb. posters and the print quality is superb. After you frame the print, NO ONE WILL BE ABLE TO TELL IT IS A POSTER. :/ The print has a white border for framing or matting. This print is reproduced from a digital illustration by me. It is printed on 100 lb. matte poster stock. This prints perfectly captures all the subtleties and color hues of my master. I prefer to use this type of paper because:

* Will not yellow or crumble over time
* Sharp tones and colors
* Archival

16x20 inch Prints:
This print is reproduced from a digital illustration by me. It is printed on Epson Ultra Premium Luster Paper ~ printed using a high resolution Epson Stylus Pro printer. This process perfectly captures all the subtleties and color hues of my master. I prefer to use this type of paper because:

* Acid-free
* Fade-resistant
* Will not yellow or crumble over time
* Sharp tones and colors
* Archival

Your order will be shipped with a protective stiff envelope to prevent annoying bends and dents from the postal office. All prints are sealed in a clear plastic cello sleeve with a backing board. Purchases of multiple 8x10 prints will be included in one cello sleeve to save on shipping and supply cost. If you need each print separately packaged in a sleeve with backing board, please message me so I can adjust the postage and item price. The acorn logo with "Cheryl Baker" will not appear in your print. This is only meant to deter those who wish to use my images without permission.
