Legendary war era American actress, dancer, and singer Ginger Rogers stars as Liza "Allure" magazine's editor-in-chief who suffers from headaches and daydreams; she sees real-world men in her craziest dreams at night. Liza reluctantly goes into psychoanalysis to determine why. She discounts her doctor's theory that something from her past has caused her to take a no-nonsense approach to life and avoid all attempts at ever being glamorous. A spicy love triangle ensues! Ginger Rogers' iconic glistening red dress in this 1944 film "Lady in the Dark" had WWII service men swooning over her pin up girl dancing legs!

Making a dazzling gift for a Ginger Rogers fan Broadway glamour girl, this radiant vintage original 1944 Lady in the Dark movie poster advertisement would look spectacular framed and displayed in your Mid Century inspired Old Hollywood Regency cinema themed living room, home theatre, or glitzy ballroom! As seen in the second image provided, on the reverse side their is a full page color advertisement for Coty perfume.

In excellent vintage condition, this vintage 1944 Lady in the Dark print ad is in great shape and only has a little edge wear (mainly along the binding edge where the print was once bound to a magazine); this can easily be hidden behind the border of a picture frame or framing mat.
