Your Afikomen will taste even better when it's tucked away in one of these special pouches to reappear at the end of the seder. The beautiful scroll like design, inspired by Medieval Andalusian art** coordinate with my matzoh covers. The artwork was created by my talented husband, Kevin Cain. I hand dye and hand silkscreen each piece prior to sewing. Variations in the dyes and printing are hallmarks of the hand crafted nature of each piece.
These are available in 3 colorways: The first one is a solid blue in the center (second and third photos).
Blue #2 has a more teal center and the border is more purple (fourth photo).
The last one has a navy blue border, with pure blue in the center (fifth photo)
If you want a different color combination than the one shown, please contact me, I love doing custom work.

Size: approximately 5” x 9”
Outside: 100% Linen
Lining: 100% Cotton
Care: Hand wash separately, drip dry, and iron on back side.
Note: These pieces were thoroughly washed to remove excess dye, however due to differences in water (ph, mineral content, etc.) there may be some more residual dye that comes out the first time you wash it. This should not effect the piece, but that is why I advise washing it separately.

**The source of inspiration are the illuminated border designs found in the Kennicott Bible. Made in Spain, this Bible, dating from 1476, is considered the finest Hebrew manuscript in the collection of the Bodleian Library at the University of Oxford.
