3) Add the item to your cart and complete check-out. Any additional instructions can be given to us in the notes box at check-out. If no design or color changes are given, we will create your design as shown in the example image.
⚠️ Monograms should be given in First, LAST, Middle Initial Order. For example, Susan Michelle Williams would be entered as SWM. Give us initials in the order you would like them. We will NOT rearrange initials. If you are unsure of the correct order of initials, you may give us the full name and we will place the initials in the correct order.⚠️

We offer FREE SHIPPING via USPS First Class (U.S. addresses only) for this item. You may choose shipping upgrades at check-out. Delivery timeframes apply only after your item has shipped; they are NOT production timeframes. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your item has shipped.
We will ship to the address listed on the order confirmation. Please be sure your address is correct and complete on your Etsy account to avoid shipping problems due to incorrect addresses.
We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Also, we cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries that can occur during the holidays, inclement weather, or any other circumstances that are out of our control.

✨ Warranty ✨
OtterBox cases are tough cases, but like all phone cases, they are NOT indestructible. Your case can break if dropped, thrown, falls off of something, and by normal use. OtterBox does not extend their warranty to cases that are personalized, but we do offer a 90-day in-house limited warranty against breakage and your design. This warranty does not cover any damage due to mistreatment, incorrect installation, improper care and maintenance of your case, or your phone or device. Treat your case with care!
